Supported Customers

If you use an older model instrument, then please keep in mind that all previous instruments are supported. We do not "retire" instruments. The latest IBIS software can be used to run any model UMIS or IBIS with a suitable upgrade of computer and interface at a fraction of the cost of a new instrument.
