Calibrations One of the great strengths of our products is the traceable calibration to national standards of length, mass and gravitational constant - not surprising since the UMIS program was developed at Australia's national standards laboratory. Experience shows that these instruments will maintain their calibration for many years. However, if there is any doubt, or if the instrument has been repaired, then it is reassuring to know that recalibration can be performed to the same standards as the original at our laboratory. Calibrations involve a separate calibration of the force and displacement sensors, followed by a complete suite of verification tests. |

Service We have parts available for all model instruments from 1989 to present. If there is not a part in stock, we'll make it. Labour for repairs for non-supported customers is charged at an hourly rate. Labour is free of charge for supported customers. |
