If your UMIS or IBIS was
installed less than three years ago, you get free subscription support
(AMC) for the
first 12 months. Repairs resulting from defects in manufacture are
covered under warranty for three years from date of installation.

Supported customers are those with an
Annual Maintenance Contract.

- 15% discount on indenters.
- Regular software updates
- Publications not available
to the general public such as "IBIS Uncovered" which details
undocumented features of the program and the instrument.
- Prompt and professional
advice about operation of your IBIS/UMIS, onlilne diagnostics, labour
for any repairs.

3. Unsupported customers |
If you have inherited responsibility for a UMIS
and are presently unsupported, you are welcome to make an enquiry
about the cost of repairing, recalibrating or otherwise getting your
instrument back to perfect working condition.

| 4. Upgrades for older instruments |
If your UMIS is an older model, you may wish to
upgrade it. The
upgrade consists of new software and
wiring interface kit and retains your existing UMIS hardware. A
Windows XP computer is required with up to three PCI slots.
